Getting started

Create your first job

Head to Jobs → New. Pick a template or start from scratch. Add video, screen, short answer, link or file questions.

Publish your careers page

Every workspace gets a hosted page at applystory.com/c/your-slug. Add your logo and accent color in Settings → Branding.

Invite your team

Settings → Team. Send invites by email, roles are Admin, Recruiter or Viewer.

AI scoring

Every application is scored across 10 dimensions with citations. Scores update as submissions come in.

AI search

Ask in plain English: 'React engineers who managed a migration'. Results cite the exact video moment or PDF snippet.

Recruiter Copilot

Ask questions across every application in a job. Export the answer with evidence as a PDF.

Kanban and table

Move candidates through New → Reviewing → Interview → Offer → Hired. Bulk update statuses and export CSVs.

Notes and stars

Star profiles, thread notes with your team, and see full transcripts inline.
