How is an application counted?+
Every unique submission to one of your jobs counts as one application, regardless of how many questions it contains. Drafts and abandoned attempts are free.
What counts as an AI search?+
Any natural-language search on the Search page runs one AI query. Copilot conversations are counted separately, not against your search allowance.
Do unused searches roll over?+
Monthly plan searches reset on your billing date. One-time top-up packs never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
